Welcome to the HCI E-commerce Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the System" or "we"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1. Personal Data We Collect
To provide our e-commerce and e-commerce services, we may collect the following information:
Identification Information: Name, gender, date of birth, identity card number (IC) or passport number (primarily used for L2 consultant identity verification and commission payment).
Contact Information: Delivery address, telephone number, email address.
Business Information: Bank account information (for profit sharing settlement), shop name, business registration certificate (if applicable).
Technical Information: IP address, browser type, click behavior and transaction records within this system.
2. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data
Your data will be used for the following purposes:
Contract Fulfillment: Processing orders, arranging logistics and delivery (including West and East Malaysia), and processing payments.
System Operation: Managing your HCI member account (L1/L2 benefits management), distributing promotional rewards and profit sharing.
Business Matching: Assisting "product partners" and "business partners" in channel integration and resource matching.
Customer Support: Answering inquiries, resolving logistics disputes, and providing after-sales service (such as quality feedback for Taolee products).
Legal Compliance: Fulfilling obligations required by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) or other regulatory bodies.
3. Disclosure of Personal Data
We will not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we may share data with the following parties when necessary:
Logistics and Warehousing Partners: Such as J&T, NinjaVan, PosLaju, etc., to complete goods delivery.
Financial Institutions: Payment Gateways to process credit card or FPX transfers. HCI Internal System: Based on the joint sales mechanism, your business mentor/coach may obtain limited sales performance data to provide coaching, but will not obtain your sensitive personal privacy.
Professional Advisors: Lawyers, auditors, or accountants.
4. Your Rights
According to the PDPA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right of Access: You may request a copy of your personal data held by us.
Right of Correction: You may request us to correct any inaccurate or outdated information.
Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing information or certain processing actions at any time.
Restriction of Processing: Under certain circumstances, you may request a suspension of processing of your personal data.
5. Data Security and Retention
We will take reasonable technical and organizational security measures (such as encryption and firewalls) to prevent data leakage, damage, or unauthorized access.
Your data will be retained for as long as required by law or necessary for business operations. Once no longer needed, we will securely destroy or anonymize it.
6. Cross-border Transfer
As HCI is a cross-regional system, your data may be transferred and stored on servers outside of Malaysia. We will ensure that the receiving location has a protection level no lower than the Malaysian PDPA standard.

This system uses cookies to optimize your user experience (e.g., maintaining login status, analyzing traffic). You can refuse cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect some system functions.
