I. Order Processing Time: Order Confirmation: After successful payment, the system will immediately notify the supplier (if the item is in stock). Processing Time: Suppliers typically require 1-2 business days for order fulfillment and packaging. Pre-order Items: For pre-order items, the shipping date will be based on the date indicated on the product page. II. Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery Time: We divide Malaysia into two main shipping regions: Shipping Region Estimated Delivery Time (Business Days) Remarks West Malaysia: 2-4 days, covering major cities such as Klang Valley, Penang, and Johor Bahru. East Malaysia: 5-10 days, including Sabah and Sarawak, delivery time may be longer due to flight and customs clearance issues. Note: During major promotional periods (such as 11.11, 12.12) or public holidays (Eid al-Fitr, Chinese New Year), delivery time may be extended accordingly. III. Shipping Fees Calculation and Discounts: Tiered pricing: Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the package (whichever is greater). Regional Differences: Shipping fees to East Malaysia are generally higher than to West Malaysia. The checkout page will automatically calculate based on the receiving postcode. Free Shipping Policy: Business partners can set free shipping thresholds for specific promotions (e.g., free shipping to West Malaysia for orders over RM100). The HCI system supports setting different free shipping standards for different regions. IV. Cold Chain Services for HCI's Korean kimchi or fresh produce (such as Taolee series): Service Area: Currently limited to some major cities in West Malaysia (Klang Valley, Penang, JB, etc.). Dedicated Logistics: Delivered using professional cold chain logistics vehicles to ensure products remain within $0-4C. East Malaysia Restrictions: Due to logistics costs and time risks, fresh produce is not currently supported for delivery to East Malaysia. Please be aware of this. V. Receiving & After-Sales Instructions Parcel Inspection: Consumers are advised to check the integrity of the package upon receipt. If the outer box is severely damaged, please refuse to sign for it. Reporting Issues: If you find any missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact your business consultant or HCI online customer service within 24 hours of receiving the goods and provide: a photo of the shipping label, photos/videos of the package's exterior and contents. Incorrect Address: If delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the recipient, the cost of secondary delivery will be borne by the buyer or relevant partner. VI. Tracking After all orders are shipped, the HCI system will automatically synchronize the tracking number.
